	Manoj Ladwa, Interviewed by BBC Radio Manoj Ladwa, head of MLS Chase, the India focused corporate advisory division of Sherrards, was recently interviewed by BBC Radio for “The World Today” programme in relation to the EU-India free trade agreement. The interview looked at why the free trade deal has stalled for the past five years and how the stalemate could finally be broken. At a recent EU-India summit, European Union and Indian leaders were said to have made ‘substantial progress’ towards a free trade agreement. Manoj talked to the BBC about the importance of Europe as a market to India and discussed how the economic balance of power has changed over the last five years and the implications of this shift. 	Manoj Ladwa Chairs Commonwealth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Seminar MLS Chase CEO, Manoj Ladwa chaired a seminar on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the recent Commonwealth Business Forum in Perth, Australia. Over 1400 delegates from all the Commonwealth countries attended the bi-annual event, which this year focused on Green Growth. Several Heads of Government, including the Prime Minister of Australia attended and addressed the Forum. The UK was represented by Lord Green and Lord Howell, ministers for UKTI and the Foreign Office respectively. Manoj mooted the idea of a Commonwealth Innovation Hub which was included in the final Commonwealth Communique.
