Manoj Ladwa Chairs Commonwealth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Seminar
MLS Chase CEO, Manoj Ladwa chaired a seminar on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the recent Commonwealth Business Forum in Perth, Australia. Over 1400 delegates from all the Commonwealth countries attended the bi-annual event, which this year focused on Green Growth. Several Heads of Government, including the Prime Minister of Australia attended and addressed the Forum. The UK was represented by Lord Green and Lord Howell, ministers for UKTI and the Foreign Office respectively. Manoj mooted the idea of a Commonwealth Innovation Hub which was included in the final Commonwealth Communique.

MLS Present at Manufacturing Giant, Siemens Legal Training Conclave
Akshay Vani, managing partner of MLS Vani & Associates has been invited as a an expert speaker at the Siemans Legal Training conclave in India. The training is on the new Legal Metrology Act 2009 which was implemented on 01 April 2011 in India. The Legal Metrology Act seeks to repeal The Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 and The Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1985. This one day event will give a thorough insight into the Act to the Siemen's legal team, senior executives and their colleagues from industry. Akshay will brief the participants on the International System of Units, the units and measurements to be used in India, and the procedures to be followed by the manufacturers, packers and Importers.

Opportunities for UK Plastic Companies in India: A BPF Seminar
